Honestly, such a pleasant surprise. I saw this restaurant on TikTok, and after seeing the 1 star review I was hesitant of coming, but decided to give it a chance. The raviolis were the best of the best, they were very fresh, and they weren’t greedy with the truffle! The veal was exquisite and the chips were a lovely pairing. Service was excellent, the servers were so nice and welcoming, always asking if everything was good or if we needed anything. Overall such an amazing experience.

We really enjoyed both the view and the food here. Met up with a friend and ended up chatting for hours , it’s the kind of place you can easily spend an afternoon at. The truffle chips were amazing, and the beef tartare is a must-try if you’re a fan. A small hidden gem, I’d definitely come back to try more dishes.

We had a fantastic dinner at this rooftop restaurant, and it turned out to be one of those memorable evenings where everything just works. It was also our anniversary! The setting is beautiful, with a great view of Ponte Vecchio and a warm atmosphere, though it could be a touch more intimate — just enough to match the level of the food. We started with the fried polenta topped with hare ragù, and it was outstanding: rich, flavorful, and the perfect way to open the meal. The tagliolini with white truffle were pure indulgence — fragrant, simple, and done exactly the way fresh truffle pasta should be. For the main course, the beef tartare with black truffle and poached egg was exceptional. The balance of textures and depth of flavor showed real attention to detail from the kitchen. To finish, we tried their cheesecake made with their secret 1986 recipe, and it was honestly one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time — creamy, nostalgic, and absolutely delicious. The staff were excellent throughout: friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, a fantastic dinner with impressive dishes and great service. With just a slightly more intimate ambiance, it would be perfect. Highly recommended.

A hidden gem on rooftop with views of palazzo Vecchio. We had no reservations and they were able to seat us. Very friendly and attentive servers. The menu overwhelmed me with so many options. But every plate was delicious. My favorite was the Taglianini with black truffles. The Boar Ragu and the Gnocchi tasted excellent. My daughter wanted the cheesecake and I wasn’t too excited because it can be too heavy. But it was light and fluffy with a slight taste of lemon. Really good meal.

Great atmosphere, located on a nice rooftop. The cheese ball starter was amazing!! easily the best I’ve had. The spinach gnocchi pasta had no flavor, and the main courses were delayed. Other than that, everything was good, and the restaurant is worth a visit.

Had a beautiful date night at Osteria delle Tre Panche. The atmosphere was intimate and cozy, and we were seated right next to a stunning view of Ponte Vecchio — absolutely magical. The food was delicious and the setting made the whole evening feel special. Perfect spot for a romantic dinner in Florence!

We had a fantastic white truffle pasta. The portions were just right: filling enough to leave you about 80% full, without feeling heavy or overwhelming. The service truly stood out. The waiters were consistently warm and smiling, taking the time for personal recommendations and a bit of friendly chitchat. A special mention goes to Gabriel, who really made our evening and added that extra personal touch. The rooftop atmosphere is wonderful and elevates the whole experience. For dessert we chose the tiramisu and cheesecake; both were good and a nice way to end the meal. All in all, an absolute recommendation during your Florence visit.

By far our best meal in Florence - we came back three times. They have the best truffle menu, and a ton of white truffle options. Our go tos were the potato chips with white truffle, the steak tartare and the pecorino balls. Highly recommend!
